You can chose any book, article, magazine, or even video you have read or watched that meets the BBS requirement for CEUs.  I must be able to verify your choice.

40 pages is considered one hour or one CEU.

One hour of video is one CEU.

Complete a CEU Documentation Form for each book, video or article you have read.  40 read pages or one hour video will count at one CEU.

You can read any portion of a book (40 pages equal one CEU).  However, you will need to submit a Documentation Form for each book or article you use toward the CEUs.  Example.  You have read two books equaling 245 pages.  You can receive 6 CEUS for the books with documentation for each book.  You can accumulate articles or portions of books to add up to 40 pages, however, you will need to submit a Documentation Form for each article or book.

Videos are counted according to the length of the video.  You can combine videos to equal an hour.  However, you will need to submit a Documentation Form for each video.

In order to make this as simple as possible your CEUs must be submitted in quantities of 40 pages, i.e., one portion of a book of 38 pages submitted with a 2 page article for one CEU. Likewise, a 40 minute video can be submitted with a 20 min video for one CEU.  Each video or book will need it's own Documentation Form.

When I receive your Professional information and Posttest form for your total CEU request via email CharleneCrilley@sbcglobal.net you will receive your CEU Certificate via email within 24 hours.
